I thought the dip was okay but that it tasted nothing like Chili's Skillet Queso. Last time I was in Chili's I asked if they knew the recipe but they did not. One cook told me he thought there was ground beef in it. I'd have to agree.

This is good but "not" Chili's skillet queso. Chili's has ground beef in it and is not "so" cheezy. Maybe cream added or another type of cheese?
