Pineapple Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
20 ounces pineapple tidbits -- drained
1 red bell pepper -- chopped
3/4 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon canned chipotle chile -- mashed
2 teaspoons adobo sauce
Directions:
Chop up pineapple more if necessary. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate, covered, for 6 hours before serving.
