ingredients
1 can (15 ounce size) black beans, drained (can also use blackeyed peas)
1 can (10 ounce size) white shoepeg corn, drained
1 can (15 ounce size) diced tomatoes (basil, garlic, oregano flavored)
1 can (10 ounce size) Rotel tomatoes
1 bottle (8 ounce size) Italian salad dressing
chopped onion to taste
chopped jalapeno to taste
directions
Mix all ingredients together and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 1/2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.

I take away the onion and add, lime juice, garlic salt,cilantro, cumin, and some red pepper to *kick it up a notch* as Emeril would say. By itself not so much flavor, but with the added spices much more.
