This no-cook fresh tomato salsa is the perfect addition to any summer meal. It is quick and easy to make, and can be made ahead of time. This salsa is great on tacos, salads, or just as a dip.

2 bell peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
1/2 pound hot peppers, seeded, and coarsely chopped
1 pound onions, peeled and chopped
1 pound tomatoes, seeded and cut in wedges
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse process until chunky and mixed (do not puree).
Place in a covered container and refrigerate for 1 hour to meld flavors. Serve with tortilla chips or use in recipes.
