Ingredients:
2 Eggs
4 tablespoons Butter
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Flour
4 squares Baking chocolate
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 1/2 cup Milk (whole)

Directions:

Cream butter and egg yolks. Add sugar, cream until smooth. Add part of milk and flour sifted with baking powder and salt. Mix well.

Add rest of milk and mix. Add vanilla and melted chocolate; beat egg whites dry and fold in. Add chopped nuts.

Bake 1/2 hour in 9-inch layers at 350 F. Batter is very thin.
