French Toast Sticks Recipe

Ingredients:
1 loaf Texas Toast (thick cut toast)
8 eggs
1 cup milk (give or take)
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Vanilla extract
Directions:
With a fork beat the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla. Cut each slice of bread into four strips. Dip bread strips in egg mixture, cook on griddle which has been sprayed with nonstick coating.
