1 can (7 1/2 ounce size) salmon 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/4 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup croutons, crushed 1/2 cup grated cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon mustard 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Drain and flake Salmon, reserving 1 tablespoon liquid.
Combine Salmon with celery, peppers, onion, croutons and cheese. Blend together mayonnaise, reserved Salmon liquid, lemon juice, mustard and pepper. Turn into small microwave dish, cook, covered on High for 4 minutes.
