1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
1 pound Mozzarella cheese, sliced
18 slices fresh tomatoes
6 whole basil leaves
ground black pepper, to taste
directions
In blender container combine olive oil and basil leaves. Blend using an on-and-off motion.
On individual serving plates, drizzle olive oil mixture. Alternate slices of cheese and tomato over dressing. Garnish each serving with a basil leaf and a bit of black pepper.
