Avocado Tomato Salad With Pesto Dressing

ingredients
4 large, ripe tomatoes
3 ripe avocados
5 balls fresh Buffalo mozzarella cheese
Pesto Dressing
2/3 cup Italian salad dressing
2 tablespoons prepared pesto
directions
Slice tomatoes, avocados and cheese. On a pretty platter, alternately arrange those ingredients.
To make pesto dressing, pour the Italian dressing in a small bowl. Whisk in 2 tablespoons of pesto (homemade or you can buy it in a small jar).
Pour dressing over salad. Perfect with grilled anything.
