Shake-Awake Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup cold brewed double-strength coffee
1 banana
1 container vanilla lowfat yogurt (8 oz size)
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 cup ice cubes
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a blender container. Cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into tall glasses. Serve at once.
