Ingredients:
***Red Layer***
1 package (3 ounce size) raspberry-flavored gelatin
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup boiling water
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen red raspberries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
***White Layer***
1 package (3 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 dash salt
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 baked pastry shell (9-inch size), cooled

Directions:

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add berries and lemon juice and stir until berries thaw. Chill until partially set.

Meanwhile, blend cheese, confectioners' sugar, vanilla and salt. Fold in a small amount of whipped cream, then fold in remainder.

Spread half the cheese mixture over bottom of pastry shell; cover with half the gelatin mixture. Repeat. Chill until set.
