1 cup powdered chocolate milk mix
3/4 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1/2 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl. Place in an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to 6 months.
To use: Add 1 heaping tablespoon of the instant cappuccino mix to a mug or other heat-proof cup. Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir to dissolve the mix. Serve hot or chill and serve over ice.
