Butter Pecan Ice Cream Dessert Recipe

Ingredients:
74 round, buttery crackers; crushed
3/4 cup margarine; melted
3 packages butter pecan pudding mix
2 cups milk
1/2 gallon butter pecan ice cream; softened
8 ounces whipped topping
Pecans, chopped
Directions:
Mix cracker crumbs & margarine. Press into 9 x 13" pan.
Whip pudding according to package directions, reducing the milk to the 2 cups.
Fold ice cream into pudding & pour over crust. Cover with whipped topping & garnish with pecans.
