Scalloped Ham And Noodle Casserole

ingredients
2 cups egg noodles, cooked, drained
1 tablespoon olive oil, toss with cooked noodles
1 cup chopped onion, SAUTEED IN
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 cup diced, cooked ham
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
several dots butter
directions
Mix together all but last 3 ingredients, and spread in a large greased casserole dish.
Mix together the eggs and milk; and pour of noodle-mixture in dish. Top with the Parmesan cheese. Dot with just a little butter.
Bake at 400 degrees F until heated through, bubbly, and melt-y (approximately 30 minutes).
