Ingredients:
1 box angel food cake mix
1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple undrained or cherry pie filling
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 by 13 inch pan with cooking spray. Then wipe most of it out with a paper towel.
Mix dry cake mix with pineapple and the juice. Mix with a wooden spoon.
Pour in to pan and bake 30 minutes. Cool and serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
