Chili Con Queso Dip Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4 cups
Ingredients:
1 pound block pasteurized processed cheese, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1 can (1 lb. size) chili with beans
Directions:
In 1 1/2 quart microwavable casserole stir together diced cheese and chili.
Put in microwave at medium. Microwave for 12 to 14 minutes, stirring in the middle of cook time. Cooking time may vary. Serve with tortilla chips.
This can be served in a fondue pot.
