ingredients

1 pound ground beef
2 cans (16 ounce size) ranch style beans
1 can tomatoes with green chilies
1 medium onion, chopped
garlic powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
2 boxes (1 pound size) mild Mexican-flavored process cheese product
1/2 cup milk
corn chips

directions

In a large deep skillet brown ground beef and onion. Remove the mixture from the pan and drain it.

In the same pot mix the beans, chilies and tomatoes, and cook on medium heat until mixture is cooked down a little. Return the "possum" and onion to pot.

In a microwave safe dish combine the cheese cubes and milk, and microwave until melted. Pour melted cheese in with other ingredients and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir often. Pour over corn chips.
