Banana Split Cake Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
1 package graham cracker crushed
1 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple, drianed
5 bananas, sliced
1 large Cool Whip PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1 small Cool Whip
1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped cherries
Directions:
Line a long dish with crushed graham crackers, melt half the margarine and pour over crackers. Beat together eggs, powdered sugar and melt remaining margarine and pour over crust.
Add in layers, crushed pineapple, sliced bananas, cool whip, and chopped nuts, garnish with cherries. Store in refrigerator.
Note: This contains raw eggs, I would use egg beaters or powdered egg whites for the eggs instead.
