Beer-Sauced Links Recipe

Serves/Makes: 24
Ingredients:
2 pounds Polish sausage or frankfurters, precooked, cut in 1/2" pieces
1 cup beer
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup mustard
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Directions:
In skillet combine sausage and beer. Cover, simmer 10 minutes. Combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in vinegar, mustard and horseradish. Add to sausages; cook and stir till bubbly.
Turn into fondue pot; place over fondue burner. Serve warm with wooden picks.
