This is one of my go to appetizer recipes. Found it in a novel about murder in a Colorado town and a lady who soves the murders and does catering for a living. I zap the artichoke bottoms for a few minutes to soften and than wrap in the bacon. I have been asked to take them to,a Kentucky Derby party. They are delicious and so easy.

I tried to cut the artichokes into eighths but they were so small it seemed pointless. I cut them into quarters and that worked fine. These are quite tasty but I'm not sure they are worth the work. I might experiment more with them.
This recipe means one can of artichoke bottoms - which will be 5 or 6. It is NOT 5 cans.
