Debbie's Goulash Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6
Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 large onion -- chopped
29 ounces tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup (10-3/4 oz. size)
1 can tomatoes (16-ounce size) -- smashed
1 soup can water
1/2 stick margarine
Seasonings to taste (e.g., salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano)
4 cups elbow macaroni -- cooked and drained
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion in large deep skillet; drain off excess fat. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, soup, water, margarine and seasonings to taste. Let simmer for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the macaroni in boiling salted water until tender; drain well. Mix macaroni and ground beef sauce together, stirring to blend well and serve.
