Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 onion -- chopped
1 can (29 ounce size) beef broth
8 ounces elbow macaroni
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup sour cream

Directions:

In a soup pot, brown beef and onion over high heat until beef is no longer pink, stirring to break up the beef.

Add broth, macaroni, paprika, garlic powder and black pepper; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-high, cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.

Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired.
