Chocolate Chip Soft Cookies Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4 dozen
Ingredients:
2 1/3 cups Flour
1 cup Margarine
1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg
1/4 cup Sour cream or buttermilk
1 teaspoon Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Oatmeal
1 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
Directions:
Cream margarine, beat in sugar about 5 minutes. Add vanilla, eggs, sour cream or buttermilk and oatmeal. Beat. Gradually add flour, soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
