Directions:

In food processor, grind white chocolate chips and rolled oats until fine. Set aside.

Using a mixer with paddle attachment, cream butter on low for one minute. Add sugars slowly while creaming for another minute.

Add the eggs, vanilla, and sale and cream for 30-45 more seconds. Stop the mixer. Do not overcream the mixture, unless large gloppy cookies are to your taste.

Sift the flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture slowly and at the lowest mixer speed. Do not mix for more than 30 seconds.

Add the oatmeal and white chocolate and mix for another 30 seconds only.

Take the mixer bowl from the mixer and finish by hand, making sure all dry ingredients are well incorporated into the butter mixture. Add the raisins and stir into dough by hand.

Scoop with an ice cream scooper on a non-stick sheet pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 11 minutes. Cool and serve.
