Creamy Lemon Sherbet

ingredients
1 cup sugar
2 cups whipping cream, unwhipped
1/2 cup lemon juice from concentrate
few drops yellow food coloring
directions
In medium bowl, combine sugar and cream, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Stir in lemon juice and food coloring. Pour into 8-inch square pan or directly into sherbet dishes. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving. Return leftovers to freezer.
Creamy Lime Sherbet- Substitute lime juice from concentrate for lemon juice and green food coloring for yellow.
