Broccoli Cheese And Bacon Salad Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen broccoli florets -- thawed and very coarsely chopped
3 bacon strips -- fried crisp, drained and chopped into small pieces
2 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 onion slice -- thinly sliced, finely chopped
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and pepper -- to taste
Directions:
Thaw frozen broccoli florets (trim excess stems if necessary) and coarsely chop into bite-size pieces.
Add mayonnaise and mix to coat broccoli.
Add chopped bacon bits, chopped/minced onion and shredded cheese.
Mix all together and chill to allow flavors to mingle a bit.
