Scarecrow Inn's Broccoli Salad

ingredients
4 cups washed, pared and coarsely chopped broccoli
1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts
1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon minced onion (not dry onion)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
directions
Combine broccoli with peanuts, raisins and minced onion.
Thirty minutes before serving, combine mayonnaise, sugar and wine vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture and stir to combine.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Delightful salad. Combination of red wine vinegar and Mayo worked really well. I used light Mayo and didn't need as much sugar as the recipe suggests.
