Ingredients:
2 pounds Haddock
4 quarts water
2 onions, sliced
2 potatoes, cut up
1 tablespoon salt
2 bay leaves

Directions:

Put everything except fish into the water and bring to a boil. Drop fish in. When it comes to the top it is done. Drench with butter.
