Ingredients:
2 pounds Flounder; or other fish fillets
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1 cup Flour, all-purpose
1/2 cup Butter (or margarine); melted
1/2 cup Almonds; blanched, slivered
2 tablespoons Parsley; chopped

Directions:

Cut fillets into serving-size portions; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix garlic powder, onion powder and flour together. Dredge fish in flour.

Saute' in melted butter. When fish is brown on one side, turn carefully and brown other side. Total cooking time should be 7 to 10 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.

Remove fish from pan and place on a hot platter. Saute almonds until lightly browned; add parsley, and serve over fish.
