INGREDIENTS:

8 slices fillet of flounder
1 large can shrimp, drained and chopped
2 eggs
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chopped, minced onion
1/2 cup white wine
3 tablespoons lemon concentrate
4 tablespoons melted butter
bread crumbs


DIRECTIONS:

Wash and dry fillets, rub with lemon, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Mix together shrimp, egg, parsley, onion and enough bread crumbs and white wine to make a thick paste of spreading consistency.

Spread each fillet with mixture, roll, and place seam down in a baking dish. Pour remaining melted butter and white wine over fillets.

Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, covered. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with vegetables.
