4 baking potatoes
olive oil
sea salt
directions
Clean potatoes and pat dry with paper toweling.
Rub potatoes with olive oil and roll in sea salt. Place potatoes in a glass baking pan. Poke a few holes in each potato with a fork.
Bake at 400 degrees F for about 45 minutes to one hour or until nice and soft. Serve with your favorite toppings.
