Hot Chicken Wings Recipe

Discard wing tips. Combine melted butter, tabasco and salt and pepper. Coat wings in tabasco mixture. Deep fry until golden and crisp on the outside, then coat again in tabasco mixture. Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

Note: use tabasco sauce to taste, anywhere from 1/4 bottle to the whole bottle depending on the durability of your taste buds!
