mom24 REVIEW: I wasn't comfortable reusing the marinade to baste the wings so I set aside some before marinating the wings but I guess if you do what the other person did and put the marinade in the pan it cooks and is safe? I put the wings on a broiler pan instead of in a baking dish so they weren't sitting in the drippings and got a more of a glaze on them. I thought the marinade mixture was really good with the combination of sherry and honey.

DANCINGQUEEN REVIEW: FANTASTIC RECIPE WE MARINATED THE CHICKEN WINGS OVERNIGHT AND POURED THE MARINADE WITH THE CHICKEN INTO THE BAKING PAN AND LET THEM SIMMER IN IT WHILE THEY COOKED. THEY WERE INCREDIBLY TENDER AND TASTY.

lisa COMMENT: Cannot wait to try! Going to also add some star anise to the marinade.
