3 tablespoons rock salt
ice cubes, as needed
Vanilla ice cream
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon sugar
directions
Put all ice cream ingredients in a small coffee can with a lid. Make sure lid is on securely. Place the small coffee can inside of a larger coffee can with a lid. Place the ice and rock salt in the gap between the two cans.
Place the lid securely on the larger can. Roll can on the floor for 20 minutes. Remove lids and check ice cream. Roll longer if needed.
