3 medium baking potatoes, peeled
2 cups oil

directions

Shred potatoes using medium holes of grater. Rinse well in cold water and pat dry with paper toweling.

In medium saucepan heat oil to 360 degrees F. Place potatoes in wire basket; fry in oil 5-7 minutes or till golden. Drain on paper towels.
