4 slices bacon
4 potatoes -- sliced thin
salt and pepper, to taste


Fry bacon in skillet. Place on paper towels to cool. In bacon fat, place sliced potatoes. Cook over medium heat until well browned and tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Crumble bacon over potatoes and serve.
