ingredients

12 red bell peppers
12 green bell peppers
3 large onions
1 1/2 pint vinegar
2 tablespoons salt
2 cups sugar

directions

Put hot water over peppers and onions and let stand 10 minutes. Drain. Put vinegar, salt and sugar. Let boil 15 minutes. Can, seal tight.
