Sausage & Apple Bites Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
1 pound raw bulk breakfast sausage, hot or mild
1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
OR
2 tablespoons fresh minced onion
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 medium apples, finely chopped
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; knead until well blended. Form into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until browned; turn after 10 minutes.
