Aunt Maude`s Hot Cheese Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup all-purpose flour PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
***Filling***
chopped green olives
sausage meat -- or pecans
Directions:
Mix cheese and butter. Add flour, salt, paprika and cayenne pepper. Roll into 1 inch balls. Poke hole with your finger and put in some filling. Close hole and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
