Ingredients:
2 vegetable bouillon cubes
3 cups hot water
1/2 teaspoon five spice powder
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 cups mixed fresh vegetables, shredded
1 teaspoon table salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

Put the bouillon cubes into a sauce pan with the 3 cups of hot water. Add the Chinese five spice powder and bring up to the boil. Add the soy sauce, coriander and vegetables. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Check the seasoning, adding salt and pepper to taste. Serve at once in warmed bowls.
