Sausage Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound breakfast pork sausage, regular or spicy
2 packages (8 oz size) cream cheese (not light or fat-free)
1 can (10 oz size) can tomatoes and green chiles
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until lightly browned. Drain off fat.
Stir in cream cheese and canned tomatoes, including juice. Stir over low heat until dip is warmed through and creamy. Serve with corn chips.
