Ingredients:
2 cans white corn, drained
2 cans black beans, drained
2 cans blackeyed peas, drained
1 medium Vidalia onion, diced
1 large tomato, diced
2 tablespoons diced jalapenos, optional
2 teaspoons Italian dressing
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with Frito Scoops or tortilla chips.
