Ingredients:
3 tablespoons sugar
2 red or green chili peppers, seeded & finely chopped
4 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons fish sauce or soy sauce
2 teaspoons water
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl stir together sugar, red or green peppers and garlic. Stir in lime juice, vinegar, fish sauce or soy sauce and water.
