ingredients

1 pound smoked ham, cooked & ground
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh minced onion
1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoon pickle relish (sweet or dill)

directions

In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Use as spread on bread with melted cheese and mustard, on crackers as an appetizer, or in salad rolls.
