Broccoli Dip In French Bread Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
1 package (10 oz size) frozen broccoli, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons green onions, including tops, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 jar (2 oz size) pimento, drained and diced
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound loaf French bread
Directions:
Thaw broccoli; squeeze out excess moisture with paper towel. Finely chop broccoli. In small bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise; blend well. Stir in broccoli and remaining dip ingredients. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice off top crust of French bread; hollow out inside of loaf. Cut removed bread into chunks; place chunks on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Spoon dip into followed out bread loaf.
