Ingredients:
1/2 pound braunschweiger or liver sausage
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon finely minced onion
1/4 cup cream
chopped chives

Directions:

Combine braunschweiger and cream cheese until mixed. Add remaining ingredients, except chives; blend well. Sprinkle top with chives before serving.
