1 can (8 1/2-oz. size) beets, well drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
