Ingredients:
***CRUST***
2 cups crushed corn chips
1/4 cup melted butter
***FILLING***
3 packages (8 oz size) cream cheese
1 1/2 cup cottage cheese (put through food processor until smooth)
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs -- beaten
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chili peppers
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
***TOPPING***
1 can spicy cheese dip
1 cup sour cream
corn chips

Directions:

CRUST: Mix together ingredients and press into bottom of 9" buttered spring-form pan. Bake 10 minutes at 325F.

FILLING: Mix cream cheese until smooth, add cottage cheese, eggs and cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in pan with crust 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

TOPPING: Mix together - spread on top. Bake 15 minutes more. Chill at least 3 hours. Remove from pan. Garnish with diced green onions, tomatoes and sliced black olives. Serve with corn chips.
