ingredients
1 cup butter
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
2 cups crisp rice cereal
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
directions
Sift pepper and flour together. Blend softened butter and cheese. Stir in flour, pepper mixture and rice cereal.
Shape into one inch balls. Press with fork on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes. Should be only slightly browned on bottom. Garnish with finely minced parsley.
