Ingredients:
6 quarts popped popcorn
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 package candy coated chocolate candy pieces

Directions:

In saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and baking soda.

In large roasting pan, combine popcorn, candy coated chocolate candy pieces and sauce mixture. Toss until completely coated.

Place in 200 F oven for 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then stir gently. Remove from oven and let cool completely on baking sheets.
